With a rich history spanning more than 200 years, Dickinson College provided Jelesko with an adaptable approach to student training programmes, enabling him to advance his abilities in a variety of natural science and humanities fields.

Continuing his quest for knowledge, Jelesko underwent global business and IT training at Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the intersection of business and technology, further enriching his educational journey.

In 1998, Jelesko made a significant leap into the banking sector, joining Credit Suisse First Boston, a prominent investment banking institution. As vice president, he spearheaded mergers and acquisitions, directing investments worth approximately $1 billion into emerging economies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His experience at Credit Suisse deepened his understanding of the finance industry, preparing him for future leadership roles.

Subsequently, Jelesko assumed a role within Renaissance Capital, a leading investment bank, at the invitation of its founder, Stephen Jennings. Here, he orchestrated the development of various business areas, including FinTech products, which attracted substantial investments in developing markets.

In 2007, Jelesko embarked on his entrepreneurial venture, founding Da Vinci Capital, an independent investment company focusing on private equity investments in emerging markets, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. Under his leadership, Da Vinci Capital flourished, managing assets exceeding $500 million and spearheading successful investments in companies like EPAM Systems and Softline.
