Former member of the Federal House of Representatives of Nigeria, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, shared her experience at a party.
In an Instagram video, she said people who attended the party, which was held in Lagos on Saturday, were afraid to spray money.

Dabiri-Erewa revealed she was also afraid to do the act, which is against Nigerian law.
Skabash reported that popular cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky, bagged a six-month jail sentence without the option of a fine for spraying naira notes at a party.

This has made a lot of people act with caution to avoid such consequences.
“Just coming from a birthday party and guess what everybody was afraid to spray. Omo. But I guess we have to learn how to spray not throw money around but do it with class and dignity. But, omo, everybody was afraid, including me. But it was fun,” Abike Dabiri-Erewa said.
