A Nigerian living in the UK, Segun Onayemi, has taken to X to decry the state of the talking stage he has been involved in from January 2024 until April.
In his tweet, he expressed that the talking stage of relationship is an emotional scam. He said he had spent more than £2k (over N2 million) in gifts and other monetary favours for the lady.
When he asked her about the future of the relationship, her response was that he was still being studied and that if he failed, they’d go their separate ways.
